I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out pieces. The Main Topper was matted onto alternate layers of Silver Mirri and Grey Pear card with d/s tape and attached to a White 8x8 card base.

The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the decoupage added with foam pads. After matting Two Greeting Tags onto Silver Mirri card they were then added to the front and back of my card.

To finish I used the Matching insert inside.
