I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main design and mounted it onto an embossed base card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel.

To finish the card I added a paper flower and bow...this is a gorgeous design.
