I printed the sheets onto matte photo paper, using a heavier weight for the sheet containing the head. I cut out all the pieces and mounted the main image onto an 8x8 card.

I added all of the layers, except the head, using sticky pads and used a wobble mechanism to add the head finishing off with the Happy Birthday caption.
