CHAMPAGNE CELEBRATIONS RUBY A5 Decoupage & InsertCompleted by Pam Stubley

I printed the insert onto 120gsm paper and the rest from 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces.

I attached the insert and main topper onto a white base card and added the decoupage and sentiment using foam pads.

I finished with red gems to the top left corner. A striking card that is easy to make and suitable for many romantic occasions.
