Champagne Completed by Susan Heanes

I printed onto Crafty Bobs photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto a layer of Gold Mirri and White with Gold Foil card with d/s tape and attached to a 8x8 Card Blank.

I added the decoupage with foam pads and to finish I used the Matching insert inside and added small Pearls.
