Used a 7" white square card. Attached silver glitter self-adhesive ribbon on the borders. Glued 2mm silver pearls on the wine glasses. Added Dovecraft crystal glitter glue on the bells and on the Hydrangeas. Attached 6mm turquoise star gems on the hearts.
Attached the matching insert inside with glue.
