Copied main card on matt photo paper, decoupage page on glossy photo paper. Cut out all the elements, backed base with d.s.t. and matted to a shaped white card which I had distressed with Old Gold ink pad. Built up the decoupage (of which there is plenty to choose from) using a mix of sticky pads and glues.
I have added pearls, rhinestones and glass gems,chose the Congratulations banner as the greeting. There is also a great assortment of banners to choose from.
A beautiful card for many occasions.
