Reduced the size considerably and printed on matte photo paper. Made the two-page insert and attached it and the topper with double-sided tape.
Added the decoupage layers with silicone gel (Pinflair glue for tiny pieces) and finished with a bright gold die-cut "Anniversary" at the top right of the card (doesn't show well in the photo).
