Inserts: Happy Anniversary. With love on Our Anniversary. And a blank one.
Sentiments: With Love. Happy Anniversary. Two say Congratulations. And there's also a blank one.

I printed the card sheets onto 200gsm card and cut out the elements before using DST to attach the base image to my card blank.
I then used glue gel to build up the decoupage elements and to add my chosen greeting tag.
I used different shades of pink glitter glue to highlight the larger roses and applied a glaze to the wine in the glasses.
Finally, I printed one of the included inserts onto laid paper, trimmed it and fixed in place using a tape roller.
