I printed on to 160gsm for all elements. I cut out the topper and adhered to a 6" card blank with wet glue. I cut out the topper layers and adhered to the topper with foam pads. I cut out the envelope pieces and stuck together with wet glue.

I added the insert inside the card with double sided tape.
