I have designed card that can be used on any birthday or anniversary between 0-99. It comes in 2 parts one card front and one step by step with a insert. If you don't like step by step you can just use the card part.
Just spin the circles to choose the number. All instructions are on the sheet

I printed the sheets from this kit onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I followed the very concise instructions and assembled the workings, added the insert and then the decoupage using foam pads.
This is a great card as you can use it for any anniversary from 1st to 99th!!!
