There are numerous sentiment tiles which can go underneath the main design, these are 'Happy Anniversary', 'Happy Anniversary Mum & Dad' or 'Happy Anniversary Mom & Dad', 'To A Special Couple On Your Anniversary', 'Son & Daughter-In-Law Happy Anniversary' , 'Daughter & Son- In -Law Happy Anniversary', 'With Love On Our Anniversary', there is also a blank tile should you wish to personalise the card further.
The two further sheets each contain a two sided sentiment page designed to fit an A5 card by cutting around the border of the design and folding in half.

I printed the first sheet with card front and sentiments onto 210gsm matt photo paper, and printed the insert page with verse onto 80gsm copy paper.
I cut out the card front and sentiment I wanted to use and cut around the insert page and folded in half.
I attached the insert first using a strip of DS tape next to the fold line on the left hand side.
I attached the card front also using DS tape and the sentiment tile was added using foam squares so as to give a little lift from the card.
To finish off I added a bit of coloured glitter glue to the bells and some of the flowers.
