Will make a topper to fit an 8x8"card blank but it can easily be made smaller in any graphic programme.
Print out the sheets, cut out with scissors and layer with foam pads

Placed on 8x8 Card Blank Built up Decoupage with foam pads. Finished with Silver Edging.
Bold Bright and Gorgeous
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to black card and layered all elements. Added the birthday sentiment at the top, then added two other sentiments with a brad to the bottom. Finished with card candi. A very cute design for little boys.
Used A4 Portrait, made backing from is hat, used double sided tape to stick backing paper in to card, cut main picture out and stuck on with double sided tape, cut all over bits out and layered them with silicone glue, put saying on and stuck it on with sticky pads, typed out a sentiment and backed it with silver card and sruck it on with sticky pads, and inserted a verse
