Cut a 7" white square card to fit the envelope. Added 6mm blue/purple pearls in opposite corners. Added extra 3D squares under the banner to create a raised effect. Glued a 4mm gold yellow pearl on the "stud". Added 4mm black round gems on the lighthouse to create windows.

Attached 4mm red pearls on the opposite side. Attached the matching insert inside with d/s tape.
