Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto yellow paper, then striped paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a blue insert.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting and age using thin foam tape.
