I printed the outer card onto 220gsm matte photo card & the insert onto 200gsm card. I folded the main card in half then did the same with the insert. I trimmed the insert with a deckle blade then attached to the main card using DST.

Because I used card for both inner & outer it gives a very stable card & so easy to make.

Perfect for selling at craft fayres.
