I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out and waved around the design making it in to a card. I attached the Decoupage and Sentiment on using Sticky pads.

Printed this gorgeous popular design onto matte photo paper, attached the backing to 8x8 scalloped card with dst. Cut out most of the really cute sea creatures and attached with foam pads. Added a die cut name and some glitter here and there.
Added a verse to insert and attached to inside with dst.
