I printed on to 160gsm for all of the elements. I cut out the envelope pieces and stuck together with wet glue. I cut out the topper and stuck to a 6" card blank with wet glue. I cut out the insert and stuck inside with double sided tape.

I cut out a layer of decoupage and added to the topper with foam pads.
