I downloaded then printed onto a fairly thick card and cut out all the elements. Glued the front pictures onto the box using roller tape adhesive. I scored, folded and glued the box into shape. Attached the centre pieces ready for the elements.

I glued the front elements on to the centre pieces, then used clear acetate strips to raise the back elements.
