Used a 6" x 6" white square card. Added extra 3D squares under the Birthday Girl banner and Balloon to create a raised effect. Glued 6mm gold pearls on the opposite corners. Added assorted pearls and gemstones on the balloons and cupcake. Placed Dovecraft Candyfloss glitter glue on cherry, bow & peach star.
Created the matching envelope with d/s tape and tacky glue.
