After printing out onto 240 gram card ,i mounted on a 7 by 7 card ,decoupaged with sticky pads ,then added insert.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added a sentiment. A gorgeous, fun design.
