I printed on matte card, wet glued the picture to a matching base card with the sentiment at the top and used foam squares to add the decoupage layers, I hihglighted with glitter glue and Glossy Acents on the eyes then printed a matching ensert and envelope on 100 gsm paper to complete this cute card.

I included 2-4 years tags with foam squares on the back that can be added later to suit the recipient.
