SC Rosie 1-4 years
A 7 inch (18cm) square card front fits nicely on a ready made 8 inch (20cm) card blank leaving a white border.
It has balloons to cut out and stick over the one on the card front with ages 1 to 4 years old the choose from.
It has 2 inserts one for birthday and a blank for you to add your own message.

This topper was printed onto white card and foam pads were used for layering. I have added some self adhesive stones for sparkle.
Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 7 x 7 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. There are lots of sentiments and age balloons, which I placed inside the cello bag so that my customer has a choice. There is a matching insert which I placed inside to finish the card.
