The Final Score Birthday

This mini kit contains four beautiful design sheets. Each sheet has a square layered card front or topper on, each design sheet has a different football scene with a boy at the front in control of the ball.

There are two inserts to finish your cards separate verses are included to add if desired. decoupage is also included on each design sheet as well as birthday age numbers.
