resized to 7x5 and printed on matte card. I printed the picture of the card a second time and used this as the top layer of decoupage using only the car and man and the balloons.

I used foam squares to add.

A little glitter paint for some highlights then printed an insert and envelope to match on 100gsm paper to complete.
