sheet 1 front and back of card , sheet 2 decoupage , 3 greeting tags and a blank one ,4 age tags and a blank , 2,3,4,5,,also has a small card or tag sheet 3 Incert with Verse , sheet 4 Incert left blank for your choice of verse

Printed and cut out design pieces. Main design was mounted onto black card with DST and trimmed to leave a narrow border, before securing to front of cream base card with DST.
Decoupage and sentiment were added using foam pads and matching insert secured with DST.
