After printing out onto 160gsm card I cut out all the elements. The main photo fits onto an 8x8 card and I used DST to do this. I used foam pads to attach the centre panel and small hearts at each side.

I added a sentiment at the bottom of the cards. Perfect for my teenage Granddaughter.
