I printed onto matte photo card then mounted onto a scalloped card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I added the matching insert then finished with turquoise gems.

Printed on matt photo paper and attached to white scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads. Added personal sentiment and pretty insert. Placed two sentiments back to back and dangles from flower with toning ribbon. A fabulous card for girls and boys. Love it.
