I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to gold card, then on to a card. Layered the flowers.
Then as I needed an anniversary card, I added a 1 and cut out an s and a t from the unused sentiment tags, and used peel offs for happy anniversary.
Some gems add the finishing touch. A very pretty design, and by using items from your craft stash, these designs aren't limited to birthdays!
