I printed the card parts onto 250gsm matte photo paper,the insert and envelope onto 160gsm paper. I made up the card and envelope using strong double sided tape,and added the insert panel, also with double sided tape, so this hides the join.

I used thin gold ribbon to go through one of the tags and the other I embellished with a gold shimmer organza bow and attached with 2mm foam.

I scored and folded the mini gift card. This is an eyecatching 40th Birthday design, that hardly needs embellishing! Together with the other ages available they would make a great set for craft fairs.
