I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and attached to a 7x7 White card base.

The Second and Third Topper Layers were added with foam tape and the Decoupage added with foam pads.

After matting the small Topper and a Greeting Tag onto Silver Mirri card, they were added to the Bottom and reverse of my card.

To finish I added Gems and used the Matching insert inside.
