I printed this on Crafty Bob glossy photo paper, and cut out all the decoupage pieces. The main picture I glue to a white card using pva glue, then added the decoupage roses, using small sticky pads.

I didn't add any extra decoration, as it was to be posted, and would have been too bulky.
