I printed on matte paper and mounted on a blue mat. Added layers using foam pads and finished with gems, glitter, a bow and a balloon.
A gorgeous and fun birthday design in great colours.
Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. There is a matching insert which I placed inside to finish the card.
