A beautiful image
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added my choice of sentiment to finish

I printed all the elements out onto 120 gsm paper and glued the main picture and insert to a C5 card blank.
I then added all the decoupage pieces using 3d foam pads. A very easy card to make which looks gorgeous.
