Birthday Pirate Lady 7inch Square

This design can be made in several different ways, the square layers alone make a very effective but quick card but the addition of the decoupage layers makes an eye-catching design. The finished design fits nicely on an 8 inch square scalloped edged card, with a nice white border around the edge.
