A great design x
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added a ribbon bow to finish

I printed the sheets onto A5 size matte photo paper, cut out the pieces then added the main image onto a 14.5cm.sq. card with the insert inside.
I added the layers using sticky pads.
Instead of the Happy Birthday you could have Happy Birthday Dad / Uncle / Brother / Grandad / Husband / Son.
