I printed the outer card sheet onto 250gsm matte photo card & the insert sheet onto 100gsm paper. I scored & folded the card base then attached the insert using DST. I assembled the pyramage using 1mm foam pads.

These are the perfect quick card for a man & due to the size & amount of pyramage can be posted at standard rates.
