Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto stripey paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and DST to mount the insert.
I cut out elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a bright blue mat, then a black mat and finally a bright yellow card front. I added some glitter to headlights, some liquid silver to car trim and some metallic silver dots to edge
Printed topper onto neenah solar white card stock and matted to some black card stock on a 8x8 inch card blank, then added the smaller image and computer generated a sentiment and added some black pearls to finish.
