10th birthday card for a little friend. I printed onto glossy printable decoupage paper. I cut out all the elements building up the layers using pin flair glue. I used white shimmer card layered with red polka dot paper.

I used various tags from the along with dies & peel offs for sentiments. I used a tag on the insert to make a money wallet. I finished with the matching insert. Cup 1060599_2053. Designer Janet Roberts
