70th Birthday Card for a Neighbour. I printed onto printable decoupage paper. I cut out all the elements building up the layers using pin flair glue. I used cream linen card layered with green gingham paper. I used tag from the kit along with peel offs & dies for sentiments.

I added some pearls on the corners. I finished with the matching insert. Cup 951679_68. Designer Janet Briggs
