I resized to 7x5 before printing on matte card, I printed the picture twice more and used for more decoupage layers.

I used foam squares to add the decoupage then gave some highlights with glitter paint and Glossy Accents on the glasses.

I printed a matching insert and envelope on 100gsm paper to finish.
