I downloaded the files and printed out the images onto 180gsm matte photo paper. After cutting out all the elements I attached the main image onto a 5 x 7 card blank using double sided tape.

The decoupage elements were then added using 1mm foam tape.

I chose the 'Happy Birthday Old Friend' sentiment and again used foam tape to attach. The insert was then attached using double sided tape.
