I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. A fabulous design, the dimension is amazing.

I printed out onto 240 gram card ,mounted on card using DST,decoupaged with foam pads ,finishing by attaching a bow down spine of card with fine rope.
