I downloaded onto 200grm photo paper and cut out all the elements. Glued the main element to a card blank approximately 170mm x 170mm (7x7in), using roller tape adhesive. Glued in the insert leaving a white border 2mm wide.

Using 2mm thick foam adhesive pads I attached the layered elements and the sentiment.
