I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.

This design is really lovely. Would be suitable for a birthday, Father's Day or even a wedding card.
