I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main topper with red card and mounted it onto a white card blank and added the decoupage using silicone gel...to finish the card I added one of the many sentiments, a great fun design especially for all " Horror Fans ".
