I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto alternate layers of Silver Mirri and Brown card with d/s tape and the attached to a White 8x8 card base.

The Second Topper layer was added with foam tape and the decoupage added with foam pads. After matting the small Topper and a Greeting Tag onto Silver Mirri card they were added to my card. The Matching insert was used inside.
