I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added a sentiment. A fabulous design.

I printed onto 200gsm card stock and decopage with foam tape
This was very easy to cut out and layer up.
I slightly trimmed topper so I could Matt onto black catd so it stood out from 8d8 card
