The decoupage pieces were then added using 1mm foam tape to add dimension.
The card design comes with a very good selection of sentiments, I chose Hope your day is Supreme and attached using foam tape.
There is a choice of inserts, I added the one with the verse using dst.

A great design, I printed this on matte photo paper decoupaged put on with sticky pads a nice matching insert inside.

Printed out onto matte white card. Did not do any decoupage as wanted slim card. Made a very nice card
