I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a Blue mat and glued the main design on to it and then glued them both on to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card.

I attached the Decoupage/3D and Sentiment on using Sticky pads. I added Pearls to the card. A Quick and easy Stunning and Cute design that turned into a Gorgeous and Adorable card!!! I really recomend this design to all of you!!! Enjoy your crafting!!!
